When am I eligible for Medical Benefits?

Any employee hired at Orci is covered from day 1.

What medical carriers do you work with?

We offer medical plans from Kaiser, United Healthcare and BlueShield.

When do I start accruing PTO and when can I take it?

Any regular fulltime employee starts accruing PTO from day 1 and can be taken upon approval from your manager.

How long is the Interview Process?

Usually the Interview Process takes between 1-2 months. However, it can be shorter or longer depending on the position.

Does everyone get a Year-End Bonus?

All employees participate in Orci’s Discretionary Year-End Bonus Program based on company profitability and employee performance.

How many Paid Holidays does Orci offer?

Orci is offering 12 paid holidays.
